Information
2011-08-04:
Population stratification analysis on the 1st stage screening of the JSNP genome scan was described partly in the Supplementary Note of the reference 6. A more detailed report has been added to the "Document Download" section of "Help". However, the 122-page report is offered only in Japanese.
2010-06-24:
"GeMDBJ Data Sharing Policy" and "Terms and Conditions of Data Access at GeMDBJ" have been updated and their English versions posted.

2010- 4- 9: GeMDBJ public release #4.1
Additional expression profile data has been released. >Release notes
Genome Medicine Database of Japan (GeMDBJ) is an integrated database developed by the Study Groups of Millennium Genome Project (MGP) for Alzheimer's disease, Cancer, Diabetes Mellitus, Hypertension, Bronchial Asthma and Pharmacogenetics (SGMGP).
The following information is available in this database:
- Limited clinical and demographic information
- Polymorphism information at JSNP and other SNPs, including those discovered in MGP
- Expression profiles analyzed by Affymetrix GeneChip
Most data are integrated on the human genome sequence and presented by our "Genome Viewer". The contents of GeMDBJ will keep growing, and we hope that this database will contribute to the genome-based research for the human health and welfare. >more
